You have 28 days for your return to arrive to us.
YOU MUST INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER WITHIN YOUR PARCEL, OTHERWISE A REFUND CANNOT BE PROCESSED.
If you receive a free gift with your order and return any of the items, the free gift must be returned as well. If it is not returned, the cost of the free gift will be deducted from your refund.
If you receive free delivery but return all items, the delivery cost will be deducted from your refund.
All items must:
- Be unworn
- Be unwashed
- Be unused/not worn
- Have no marks
- Not smell of washing powder/smoke/perfume, etc.
- must be sent back in the same condition as it has been sent in.
If an item is returned to us that does not comply with the above, you will be given an option of paying a postage fee for the item to be returned to you for up to 14 days.

Faulty Items:
In the rare circumstance you receive a faulty item, please contact us via the 'Contact Us' form on our website with information and a picture of the fault so we can quickly resolve it.

We reserve the right to not refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our

as such, these items may be returned to you. We do not offer free returns, nor will we refund the original shipping cost, with the exception of faulty items. All returns to us are shipped at your own cost. If you received free delivery on your order and you returned the full order, then delivery charges will be deducted from the refund.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please use the Contact Us at the top of the page and send us an email. We will reply within 2 – 3 working days of hearing from you.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email by clicking the contact us at the top of this page.
